What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we only accept payments through GCASH and PAYPAL.
Do you accept cash on delivery and same day delivery orders?
NO. Due to our products being pre-order, we can only accommodate GCASH and PAYPAL payments.
What courier do you use for regular shipping?
We use Grab Express for Metro Manila orders and and J&T for provincial orders.
How long does the product gets made?
The product production time is 1-3 weeks. NOTE: PRODUCTION TIME is different from the shipping time.
How long before I receive my order?
METRO MANILA: 2-7 days
PROVINCE: 3-12 days
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Kindly send us a message on our Instagram account @culture.stores.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase, providing the item is unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Customer will have to return the item using their preferred courier. Custer is also responsible for all shipping costs, unless the item sent is incorrect or faulty.
